Access Problems

Whether or not it's another addon conflict is still up in the air...I can say this, something is wrong somewhere, and I'm not thinking it's ULib.
Your debug attachment shows 27 people authorized, but only 3 people connected. That isn't normal.

You're running a normal hlds gmod server from a command prompt, right? Not some tweaked or hacked copy?

yea, yea I am, it shouldn't be tweaked and its not hacked.

Just my guess, seems some mod is overriding player disconnect.
That is, when they leave, only it sees the disconnect, doesn't allow other mods (such as ULib) to see it.
Badly written hook "return <something here that shouldn't be here/true/false>" function I'd say

i found a fix for this guys
It might not work on other servers
but it works on mine
give it a try

ok here is how to fix it
you need assmod aswell
no it doesnt cause a conflict
all you need to do is remove everything that will show that you have assmod on the server
and it will look like there is no problems

ok now i have just found out why this fixes it
when you type !menu you get an error saying Unauthed User
What assmod is doing is authing you to be authed to use ulx
its just something i recommend you doing until the ulx dev team fix this error

To add a user, use the 'ulx adduser' command. You don't need to use another mod to add a user for you, that's really overkill.

You don't understand.
This isn't a 'bug' in ULX.
If anything, it's a bug in Assmod.
You see, when you type a "!" chat command in ULX that you don't have access to, ULX STILL lets the text get sent to other mods, the server, while giving you a message stating you don't have access.
However, When Assmod sees the "!" chat text, it stops whether you have access or not, and other mods and the server can't see the text.

We can't fix what Assmod does. Sorry.

it wont stop you because assmod doesnt have chat commands
unless you download the assmod chat commands plugin.

Either way, what megiddo says is true... using another mod to add you to access so that ULX allows you commands is overkill.
Use the method described in the ulx_readme.txt, the gmod wiki, our FAQs, or what Megiddo said.

i have the same problem and it is a server bought over the internet and i have added me as a super admin 3 times and it will not work i have unloaded all the server addons and only had ulx and ulb on it and nothing worked
