You type in address bar www.<something>.com (which something?)
If using a bookmark to get to some page...what is in the address bar when you finally get to that page?
Once at that page, right click the link you click on and select "Copy Link location" (Firefox) or "Copy Shortcut" (Internet Explorer).
Then, answer all the above instructions and paste in the link you just copied that isn't working.
