Need Help Instailling Admin ULX/ULIB!

hello people, i need a little help from you guys. ok so here what i need help with,

i just bought a new garrys mod server and... so i need a admin thing for my server. so i was looking on garrysmod.org and it showed me the ulx admin thing. so i download it and it said in  Description it said this:

I strongly recommend getting the SVNed versions of ULX and ULib, or at least the old stable versions. (if Garry hasn't broken them with new updates)

I am not sure where you can find the old stable versions.

These come with default SuperAdmin, Admin, Operator, and user groups already made for you.  To make yourself a SuperAdmin type rcon_password "<Your password here>" then rcon ulx adduser <your name> <your group>. 
Example :
rcon_password "temprcon"
rcon ulx adduser aaron113 superadmin

Aaron, though your help is appreciated, we as developers prefer he not edit the ULX/ULib files manually until he has learned much about Gmod and server setup.
He's apparently new to Source server administration and should see the wiki articles for Gmod that explains setting up dedicated server admins.
The file it points to will allow him to control all group access scripts that rely on standard Gmod group control, not just ULX.

The file that shows how to edit gets imported by ULX. If you're superadmin there, Gmod sees you as superadmin for admin only scripts, and so will ULX.

Well if you still can't figure out from that, there is a file called "misc_registered.txt" that has all the commands printed in it.  It is in your <gmod root>/data/ULib/.
