Have both been broken for months... the vote works, will pass and say pending approval and then when whoever started it hits yes it won't kick or ban them.. no errors on the console or in the log either...

So uh, any word on those? They would be kinda nice to have back D: gets a little crazy when there are no admins online

Works fine here. Try removing all addons but ULX and ULib and see if there's still an issue.

Have you modified the vote source at all? I'm reviewing the source, and I really don't see any condition in which it would report the fact that you voted to approve the vote and then silently drop it. Does regular ulx kick and ulx ban work? Do you know of any other servers with this same problem?

I haven't modified any of the source files, in fact every time I update the svn I just delete the ulx/ulib folders from my server and reupload them. I did just realize though that when I tested without addons that I left my data folder in...maybe that has something to do with it, I'll try it without.
