ULX/ULIB SVN Packs Wont Work!

hello people sorry if I'm bothering you guys but when i downloaded these newest svn packs which where:
ULX: http://ulyssesmod.net/ulx/trunk
Ulib: http://ulyssesmod.net/ulib/trunk

and where i entered it in addons. i had to edit the settings... so after that i go my server and it don't work. any reason why? please help!

Define won't work.
