how do i change the player model for admins only

ok like i want to know how i change the player model for the admins only models such as  gsg9

No idea what gsg9 is, but for release(old) version of ULib, use UTeam (see releases section)
For SVN of ULib, see SVN announcement where UTeam gets integrated into groups.txt
Both versions have a model setting.
