GMod Server LUA

Hi i'm not sure if you guys will randomly give out help to random people, but I hope you guys can help.

I have a Gmod TTT server and I would like it to play sounds at the end of each round and at the start after preparing via ULX. It would be awesome if you could help. I have no clue on how to lua script but I saw a post and I would much appreciate it if you could help me

What are you trying to do? Can you be a little more specific... especially if you are trying to get one of us to write the script for you.
