We wrote ULib to be quite extensible, and therefore so is ULX.
There are many releases in the releases section of our forum. Several have made addons that add more functionality. (rocket, explode, etc)
You'd do better by suggesting what commands you have in mind rather than just "more commands".
Though Team Ulysses may not add it to our project directly (our core theme - simplicity), perhaps someone will pick up the idea you have and run with it.
Better yet, learn lua, contribute to the greater Gmod and/or ULX good yourself.
