Change the colors of chat adverts

i dont mean the CSay adverts, but the tsay one's.
Could this be available please by some bb tags? so i can make NOT ALL THE Text same color but i can make every letter some other color....
I would be very happy if this will be possible  ;D

Actually, that's from Quake. I don't know if it was originally in Doom or not, but Quake definitely did it before CoD.

And I would much prefer the original setup:

^1 = Red
^2 = Green
^3 = Red
^4 = Blue
^5 = Cyan
^6 = Pink
^7 = White
^8 = Black

Black wasn't enabled on all servers or in all Quake mods.
