Problimg with ulib and Xgui

 >:(  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(  I have ben doing this for WEEKS now and no matter what i do i cant get a thing to work.
Ok this USED to work to work for me but it dowent anymore. its the ULX and ULIB.
I have downloaded like thousands of ulx and there all broken. and also downloaded the one from usyless.net to. YES I EXTRACTED THEM TO ADDONS FOLDER.
I have a dedicated server and i dont want to use ass_mod because ass_mod and FPP makes the props go through the ground and stuff i i like FPP so i want ULx. heres the problems i get with ULX:
i made my self superadmin. (Rcon password) (Rcon ULX adduser "Cybercub" Superadmin 1) and i reconnect to my ded server and i haft to register myself as superadmin again. and if i run ANY COMMAND FOR ULX OR ULIB in consol i have a error saying: @ULib unauthrized user. And so then i look at other forums saying download XGUI. so i download this stickly XGUI thingy and i put it on my server made my self superadmin 1 and SAME ERRORS: @ulib unauthrized user. so i type !menu in chat, error: Unauthrized user i type XGUI in consol and it ahs a XGUI error and that DUMB ERROR COMES UP SAYING @ULIB UNAUTHRIZED PLAYER.
I tryed-
-adding my self super admin from IP
-adding my self owner
-adding my self superadmin manually from the users.txt file
-restarting server
-Recreat and format the WHOLE server from scratch.
-tried all of a bove and still wont WORK.
im getting very VERY mad and i want this fixed.
I would appriciate it if anyone and i mean ANYONE could help me.

DO NOT download garrysmod.org versions. Use the SVN directly off this website.

Sound like you you're having the same problem I had at first. Check both the server and your client addons folders for other Admin mods and delete. I somehow had NewAdmin on my client and it prevented me from being authed to ULX.

nope. did that i DO HAVE SVN ulx+ulib. no other admin mods
and yes its up to date.

another problem is, is that i cant open the Q menu :O
