Plugin Help

I'm working on developing a custom plugin, I would like to use the slay plug in as a base, considering my plug in will basically operate the same, chat command "!whatever playername" then it executes.

But i cannot seem to locate the slay plugin, can someone guide me in the right direction, thanks!

Off the top of my head, I believe the file path is ulx/lua/ulx/modules/sh/fun.lua
