I can't download either ULib or ULX from your webpage.
I accessed from the downloads page off ulyssesmod.net
Tried in IE7 and Opera and Firefox.

Error is: That ID doesn't exist.

Just a white page with the above error.

I ended up downloading from the archives page which seems to work.

Maybe you should just hotlink to that archives page as whatever script you're running seems to be malfunctioning, at least for me.
