Very important question. Very.
« on: April 13, 2011, 03:43:40 PM »
JamminR currently has 3711 posts, 116 karma, and has (for all I know) been around these parts for forever.
He still doesn't have an avatar.

What's going on here?!  :P

My best guess is that he's one of the bugs in the early ULX code that escaped. Sometimes, if you poke him just right, he'll even use ulx ban on you. 0.o

:)
It's all about optimization.
No huge banner sig.
No large avatar space.
Ulysses. Striving for simplicity (until Stickly contributed (awesome) Xgui)

In all honesty, IIRC, it disappeared during a forum update somewhere along the way. Several odd bugs features escaped during that time.
Guess I was one of them.

I'm only semi optimized. I chose the "small" server banner for me sig ^^

I can't help it though, I'm a designer and like pretty, flashy, things.

Oh haha!  If you go onto the Minecraft forums, you'll lose your mind.

Aaron, I do occasionally go for some mod and texture pack updates I use.
They're bad enough with all the screenshots that have to be posted to show off whatever mod/texture pack is been created.

Fortunately for me, I lost my mind here some years ago, and also only have to look at the first posts that get updated for the release updates.

On a somewhat related note, minecraft addon developers need to take a hint from gmod developers and get some gosh darn SVN's going!

@Magiddo
I don't play single player, but run a server using CraftBukkit, I use a few mods like deathchest, iConomy, an admin mod, and a world editor, then some other miscellaneous things that are handy

The server is set up in such a way that we all play as intended, though. I don't give blocks (even to myself) and only use the world editor if something gets messed up, or am doing some landscaping (like making a desert area).

@Mr President
LOL! I'd say the broken link is good too  ;D
