What addons are you running, and which of: physical access, remote desktop, rcon, FTP, TCA do you have?

If you are talking about making yourself admin, you need to go to:
../garrysmod/settings/users.txt

open the users file and it should be a template, just add your name/steam ID to the superadmin section. Restart server. You should be good.

We provide many FAQs on the forum for assisting people who constantly ask the same question.
It's one thing to not understand a certain part of the Gmod wiki article about users.txt our forum and readme point to and or the FAQ here at our forum, but to ask without even acting like you've not even used google to search for how to administer a server is, in my opinion, idiotic.
