Send invitation to server group

There is a way to Automatically send an invitation to the server group for all the users ?

Invitation? Do you mean you want everyone to automatically be in a group? Everyone is already in the "user" group.

Do you mean when you join a server, you'd actually get a Steam invite? (that would annoy the heck out of me)
OR, when you join a server, you see some text that says "Hey, join our steam group ... blah blah" every few minutes.
If you mean text, then ULX does this through something called advertisements. See XGUI menu advertisements.
