ULX Error: Hook 'ULXDoCfg' Failed.

Hi, im new to the forums and wasn't sure where this post would go, bug report's or Help.
Anyway i put it in help because other's have experienced this issue. I've searched the forums and found users who have had this problem and have just not replied to the person helping them.

So then, my problem is that on my Source Dedicated Server, the console version, I have tried to add ULX, ULIB and what not. I downloaded the files via SVN and I am currently trying to use 3.52. It work's in a fashion, but is nothing like ULX in my old server.

You see whenever i type "!menu" in chat nothing appears. Same goes for "!Xgui". Too get up the menu i have to go into the console and type "ulx menu".
The add-on proceeds to say something about communicating with the server(Case D). It then tells me that ULX may not be installed properly or that i have had a fatal error during start up of SRCDS(Case E). When i trigger the menu through the "ULX menu" i get a limited gui, as you'd expect(Case F)

So about these errors. There's a few that i could think of during start up of SRCDS.
Firstly i get this error:
'ERROR: Hook 'ULXDoCfg' Failed: [addons\ulx\lua\ulx\end.lua:71] attempt to call field 'addKickReason' <a nil value>
Removing Hook 'ULXDoCfg'                   (CASE C)

Extra information:

I also get this when i type in ulx debuginfo.

[@addons\ulx\lua\ulx\modules\sh\util.lua:259] bad argument #1 to 'KeyValuesToTable' <string expected, got no value>

Without looking closer at the screenshots, it sounds like you have a;
1) (somehow) corrupt installation of ULX and ULIB
- Have you tried removing any 'previous' installation of ULib and ULX during your troubleshooting and then gone to SVN?
Vice versa? If my next question/step 2 to try doesn't fix it for you, try totally deleting your /addons/ULib and /addons/ULX folders, in addition to backing up then deleting gmod/data/ULib and ULX folders. The data folder removal will 'forget' any temp bans/ulx added groups and users, but for troubleshooting, one file may be corrupt. Once deleted, you can test by adding yourself to superadmin by console or Gmod's standard /cfg/users.txt file.

2) Have you tried removing all addons (with exception of those that already come with Gmod) except for ULib and ULX?
No, we don't want to be the only addon one can run, but time and time again, we've seen other addons cause glitches with ours.

It's reporting issues reading some of your files. Is this a linux or windows box? Is this release version or SVN version?

Most prominently, it's reporting that "settings/users.txt" is missing. This is a default gmod file. Can you confirm that this file exists on your system?

None of the above fixes Work however i do have a full menu with commands just not in 'Online' Mode.
Im running windows 7 32 bit
Ive deleted your files and what not, reinstalled, re downloaded the installer revision
My user.txt file does exist and isnt read only.
No other addons but ULX, TTT server.

Even though it should be the same at the moment, I'd try downloading the SVN version and seeing if that fixes the issues you're experiencing. Please let us know either way.
