Update on the ULib plugin!

Megiddo:
We've found ways to get it working in linux and in listen servers!

First, you'll need to download an updated version of the plugin. (Extract these files to gmod9/addons. This download will be removed when we release next ULib.)

For a listen server (Do not do this if you're running a dedicated!), open up ulib_plugin.vdf in gmod9/addons and replace the text in there with this:

{
        "file" "../../../sourcemods/gmod9/addons/ulib_plugin"
}
--- End code ---

And for a linux server, no special steps should be required. (loads automatically).
