Sourcebans Integration

Hello.
This is a plugin many wish for and would appreciate.
Many people don't know how/don't want to install sourcemod on their GMod server.
I personally do not wish to install it because I prefer ULX.
The reason I need Sourcebans Integration is because I own two servers across two different games.
ULX only works for Garry's mod, but my other server is running Sourcemod.
I wish to link the bans together, but on GMod, sourcebans doesn't seem to work properly.
So what I am asking for, is an add on that will ban them in sourcebans as well if they are banned with ULX.
The minimal functionality I think is necessary would be:

-Player is banned
-Ban gets sent into the sourcebans
-Sourcebans sends ban to other servers

But better functionality like this would be good:

-Player is banned
-Gets the Admin ID from the database (Defaults to 0 [Console] if not found)
-inserts ban With admin ID
-Ban is spread to all other servers

If you do this you literally replicated sourcebans:

-Player is banned
-Gets the Admin ID from the database (Defaults to 0 [Console] if not found)
-inserts ban With admin ID
-Ban is spread to all other servers
-When banned player tries to connect, script tells sourcebans that they were blocked from joining.

I think everyone would be forever grateful if this was made into an addon for ULX.
