Voteban, Votekick, Vote, Vote... everything (not !votemap)

Hello, i where getting tired for people who was afk, and/or just dint vote, is it possible to makesome kinda that if people did not vote, they wont be counted with the system...

etc. 7 players is on the server...
(Someone) makes a !votekick [Name]
4 Players vote Yes
1 Player vote No
2 Players is not voting
and the system then only count the number of players who voted, and not on how many there is on the server...

Maybe this can be easily done :3

You can change the number of people required for a vote to pass in the config.

yes but i where thinking of that it where just counting the people who voted, not how many who need to vote, cause else if over 3 people voted, and most of them is yes, etc.

12 players, 3 vote yes, rest don't vote,

then insteat of it says that only 4 out of 12 voted and that it don't pass then, i want it to do something like: 4 out of 4 voted and those is the only thing its counting with the vote

What about throw a option for votekick and voteban time limit... ect. only every x seconds, the people who made the vote can make another 1 after the x time is gone... (only apply to voteban and votekick) this is basicly to prevent vote spammers for these kind of things...
