ULX Spawn /Picked up from atomicspark

I've decided to pick up this project and remake it to work with the updated ULX/ULib

I'll post the link here when I'm done with it I'm just getting the topic good to go!

*Edit* Recent events have made me stall working on this project. I'll be picking back up on it soon.

You may want to add that this does not respawn players but instead makes spawn points for players to spawn in to.

In Gmod time, a LONG time ago, which likely means it's not being picked back up.
