On my server people run at lower FPS rates then usual, as in some one who runs at 60 - 120 FPS would run at 5 - 15 FPS on the server.
I have found 1 thread that may relate to my problem how ever it is not likely because the server has been bought from NFO Servers.

I can confirm that when the LUA cache glitches ( LUA cache could not be downloaded. ) the server runs much smoother.
About our own custom code, I don't really want to hand it out so if you are willing to help and you are good with LUA, I can PM you some code. I just need to be sure that I can trust you not to give it out.
