ULX Not Working !

Hello,
I installed ULX and ULib on my addon folder and in-game when I type ulx help in console it says Unknown Command.
Can you help me get it to work.

What errors at server console startup.
Make sure you got SVN from our News latest version post.
Can not get it from download section of ulyssesmod.net anymore (we've not made release there)

Theres no errors about ULX/ULib its just won't load.

You haven't installed it correctly. Make sure you're putting it in the right place. You should have garrysmod/addons/ulib/addon.txt and garrysmod/addons/ulx/addon.txt in the end.
