When wanting to know about releases, looking at posts past October 2012 of each release here you may be interested in would be very beneficial for you.
There have been several community members taking great strides to convert original posters work and attached to their posts.
Perhaps
one of these months one of us forum admins will find time and initiative to make a 'gmod 13' list. (It will take time since we too have to dig through posts to find mostly working attachments)
Until then, please, use your eyes.
