This is something I suggested some time ago as well, I've been trying my hand at writing lua, and if I ever get fluent enough, I know this is something I'd like to work on. No guarantees I'll ever get to that point, though  :P

This addon will allow admins (or whoever you give access to ulx warn) to place a warning on a player.
The warnings persist, so they will save to the player forever.

Admins (or whoever has access to ulx seewarns) can then see a printout of every warning a player has received, when they received it, and who issued the warning.

The addon also tracks 'active warnings' which are basically recent warnings, and if the player goes over a threshold they are kicked.
