How do I fix this?

In ULX how do I make so if I'm a mod I can't pick up an admin, or a admin can't pick up a Superadmin?

And go to make so lower ranks can't do anything to highers ranks but goto and bring?

By default, ranks (operator->admin->superadmin) can't target higher levels. This should be the case with physgun, too.
