GIF Scoreboard help?

Well, I use Lua wuite a bit coding my new game, but I also have volunteered to do lua for a TTT server called PwNaGe, a community that is huge, so they wanted me to make Prefixes but gifs instead, like all sparkly and have owner and stuff, but I need some guidance, I just want to put in the gifs, I already made them with VTFeditor....what do I do now, I know I said I know Lua, but not like this.........GIFS! Help Me Ulysses Community! :D

I don't think VGUI can display .gif files. You'll need to convert them to vtfs or pngs.

Thats what I did, I renamed them got them playing just need to know how to put them into the scoreboard and put them siding with ulx ranks..........

like did convert them into vmt fils, put don't know the codes to put them in the scoreboard
