Try lowercasing the name, you might be on a Unix server.

I've taken your advice and made the name in lower case. It still doesn't work, unfortunately. What else can I do, and is this happening to anyone else? Is there something I have to enable?

Unix based servers seem to hate capitalized folder names for addons.
