Menu bug (?)

Can someone please explain any possibilities why this may be happening?
I only have 3 tabs, and all of them are blank except for the maps.

Did you edit something?
did you get any errors?
what add-ons do you have?
did you already  put each add-on in one by one to test for  problems ?
gotta post this... I can NOT help you if you are so vauge as to whats wrong you have to be getting errors or have changed something
