ULX custom rank not working...

So i created a rank "Moderator" and a few people are complaining that they can ONLY target them self...any help?

Does it inherit a group that can only target itself?
Does it inherit a group that inherits a group that can only target itself?
What access did you give moderator?

With the 1094318431.843^3 ways ULib can configure groups and users, you're REALLY not giving us much to go on.

I fixed it i created a new rank just called "Mods" instead of "Moderators" and changed some stuff and it worked
