ULX banned people file stored.

Im moving my server and i want to keep all my ULX banned people but i don't know where the list is stored on my server to dl the file from it so i can save it, could someone please help me?

to keep your server data state regardless of what you have running copy the hole data folder over   download the sv.db  as well because that stores important stuff as well for some game modes
a person asked me how to code lua and i said this " its like building a rocket up side down then  realizing you did it all wrong."

data/ like nathan said (specifically, ulib and ulx are important, but other community efforts reside there)
cfg/ (stores your text based permanent ban file, among other files (which, ULX does, but, its possible some in cfg don't exist in our data file)

also note if your runing Dark Rp YOU MUST BACK UP YOUR PLAYER MONEY THIS IS NOT IN YOUR DATA FOLDER !!one!one!!!
to back up dark rp you need your mysql data  if your useing that or your sv.db from the garry's mod folder this is SUPER IMPORTANT, else you will  lose all player money's unless you use some crapy version of dark rp
