ulib/ulx error on loading

Demon:
i just bought gmod10 and installed ulib and ulx on it but i get some kinda error when i load it and when i try typing ulx in my console ill put the loading thingy below so u can see

Usually means you didn't set up your access in \server\path\data\users.txt
Thats where Ulib access is now in GM10/ULX 2.9, not the old lua\Ulib\users.ini
