Killswitch, I only see three gamemodes mentioned in the first post, and there is a specific version of the addon for two of them.
If any other addon or gamemode modifies chat, it doesn't work.
You can search "this" thread for questions about gamemode by using the search box while looking at this thread and typing "gamemode".

This is a really nice chat tag addon. Nice and simple, and does the job well.  :)

I just need some help on how I would modify the manage version to work with DarkRP's Advert and OOC. Currently, if you try to type in OOC or Advert, nothing happens. How would I go about making something similar to the (Team) prefix but as (OOC) and (Advert)? Thanks!

Honestly, I can't be bothered with garry's mod stuff lately, or at all until further notice. I would love to assist you, but I just don't have the time anymore. I do not entirely understand how DarkPR's gamemode works, as I have not looked at it in a long time now. At this point, if it doesn't work properly for that gamemode, consider it not-supported

I completely understand. Thanks for the response. If anyone else has an idea, that would be much appreciated. Im guessing its just another block simmilar to (TEAM) but it needs to run a check on having /advert or /ooc at the beginning of the text string.

I know there is RGBA but can we do a Rainbow tag ? Also how do you make just so the tag is colored not the name also?

You're likely confusing the way something is presented with how it actually is.
Gmod has always had lower case of the primary groups "superadmin" "admin" and "user"
If "group" worked BEFORE your change, change it back.
Look in XGUI for group names. I'm pretty sure they'll match there what you should have in that config.
