Chat Problems

I run a TTT server with ULX admin mod and recently added a mapvoting pluggin available through the steam workshop. After adding it dead players could send alive messages by using the console and the ulx mute command (which is vanilla) stopped working. I've reviewed the code several times and cannot figure out what is causing the problem. Any help is appreciated.

This addon was made by a programmer who is unfamiliar with how hooks work in Garry's Mod. Remove the "return strText" in the PlayerSay hook. It should fix both problems.
