Group Welcome Message Help!?

When I made a group, it said at the bottom of the CVAR list that I can add a welcome message, how exactly do I do that!?

No, I created a rank called mingebag (don't judge me ) and when I made a specific GROUP, I saw the cvar tab, so I clicked it and near the bottom, there is one called ulx welcomemessage. The exact decsription of it throught the game is "<msg> - This is shown to players on join", and I don't know where to ipnut the message!

Okay, got it. Just type ulx welcomemessage "the message you want to show". You can read more about it in the ULX config, as well.

To be clear, this message is the same for all groups.
