My Physics are broken!!

This might of already been posted before but I cant find anyone to help me with my problem!
I have Garry's mod server with the ulx mod of course! Pointshop too!
My friend told me that my physics are broken (i could reload fast, go threw objects and other crap)
he said you need to download counter strike source in the server.
I put a lot of main files (copy and paste my counter strike files) into the addons and other places too
but it seems not to work please help!

ps. I have tried Facepunch but they put an invitation code so I cant look at their fourms!

NEW: EveryTime i play a Normal TTT map it says
error!: can't create physics object for models/CSS/Other crap like chair or box

You can't use the USER counter-strike files. You need to use the hlds update tool to install them.

Assuming your server is srcds inside the C:\ folder, here's how to do this.

• Open a command prompt
• Once opened, type, cd c:\srcds
• Type hldsupdatetool so you can see the commands easier.
• Type hldsupdatetool -command update -game "counterstrike" -dir .
• Wait.
• Once it's finished, take the cstrike folder out of the Counter Strike folder, and place it into the orangebox folder.

Then, you should be working fine!

idk what happen but this did!

Failed to create directory , Win32 Error 3 "the system cannot find the path specified."

did i type it wrong or something
the only Counter Strike game i have is CSS(Counter Strike Source)

NEVERMIND

I was in Admin mode and i did what you said it still did not work
It does not download anything just does a quick flash and this comes up
cmd/blah/blah/ c:/srcds_
