HLSW Like Functionality

I know the odds of this being added are 99.999% since its so complicated, but i figured i would mention it anyways.

I frequently use HLSW to monitor my servers without having to be in-game and i would love to give my admins access to it, but giving out the RCON password is dangerous (in the wrong hands) so i was wondering (and hoping) if you could make a php script that connects to a server's rcon port and allows users to execute a configurable set of ulx commands to configurable servers.

One of our team members was creating something like this at some point. But, you can make one yourself pretty easily using something like SrcQR.
