I am unable to vote.

So it doesn't really matter who creates the vote, if it's like 1. Yes 2. No, and im hitting 1 or 2 and nothing happens. Its frustrating because sometimes a votekick will pend admin approval and i am unable to make any votes.

I don't think I have anything binded to them. What should they be binded to?

0 should be bound to "slot0", 1 should be bound to "slot1" and so on.
