Classes won't stay

Whenever I make someone a class that I made on my server, like mod, or super admin, it changes them back to their old rank after they leave the server.
How would I fix this?

Is this truly when they leave the server or is it when the map changes?

In that case, I'd bet another mod is setting the user's rank. Try running a vanilla sandbox server with just ULX and ULib and see if the problem persists. If not, one of your mods/gamemode is causing it.
