Commands Resetting

When someone on my server rejoins it resets their commands. It shows them in their group but their commands are reset. This happened out of the blue, it didn't do this before.

They have no commands. When you look at group, they are in their group and in user.

Sounds like a conflicting addon, perhaps a admin mod?
Or a corrupted groups file?
Did you try to manually edit any ulib or ulx files?

Actually, this happened to me. Although, I fixed it:
- I tried to delete the ULib + ULX data files. Didn't work
- I used ULX's reset-to-default. Didn't work.
- Delete ULib + ULX as an addon + data files of ULib + ULX (and re-installed afterwards), that finally worked.

I check the logs for any error, although, all modules and such loaded completely normal, I didn't see any error. It was a weird issue, because I remember adding the TTT commands (from the release section), and it showed me ONLY the TTT commands in the ULX menu when I added myself as a superadmin. After a map reload, it reset me back to "user".
