Spawns Weapons By Default

Ok so I need a plugin that makes it so if you are on this team it gives you a weapon and preforms commands on you. I need it so it does "ulx strip" then gives them the weapon "weapon_hidden" does "ulx cloak 100". I dont know how so if someone out there will help me that would be great :D
 
Edit: Also sets the health to 200
