how do you unban

ok well i banned some people for being minges and stuff so i go to my server thing (i run a armpits dedicated server) and i go to bans and whats the lowest number i can change them to from permanent? and also what do i change it to

Do you mean that you want to ban someone for the lowest amount of time without the ban being permanent?  That'd be 1 minute, 0 minutes is permanent.

As mank said, the lowest time you can ban someone is 1 minute.
So, if in your banned_users.cfg you have
banid 0 STEAM:#:#:Thier_Steam_ID

and you wanted one hour, you would change it to
banid 60 STEAM:#:#:Thier_Steam_ID

(Wait, guys, is that time minutes or hours? Seems minutes would get pretty big, if I wanted someone banned a week)

I'm actually not sure, but it's an integer so it's probrably minutes, also, it's their =DDD
