How to make a map downloadable from your SDS?

Ok, i want to make my server more fun.  I'm going to make it more fun by putting maps in. First i'm useing Armpits Sds for gmod10 and Ulx v3.02 and i want to know how to make the maps downloadable from my server. I put them in and i can't dl it off my server cause i don't have it in my regular gmod10 file and if people can dl it off my server then they can't join. Unless that already have the map. So, please help me.
