Giving permissions to spawn items.

Hey, I was just wondering how would I one of my other ranks the permissions to spawn weapons through the q menus.

Is there a ULX command?

There is no ULX command for this. The author of the weapon can restrict the weapon to admin or superadmin using a configuration. I think URS can force another group to be able to spawn a weapon, but I'm not sure.
