User Name & Password Login for Gmod 10

I remember on a few servers for Gmod 9 some servers required you to register at their forums and then login with your User Name and Password when connecting to their server. I would like this feature for my upcoming server for Gmod 10.

I've search for a MOD that does this but I can't seem to find anything.

Is this a MOD? Anyone know where it's available?
