Prop Spawning

I've just made many groups by these names -

bvip, svip, gvip, pvip, tmod, hmod, hadmin

Non of them can spawn in props, they all inherit a group that can but for some reason they cannot spawn in any?
Whats wrong?

On the Q menu, to spawn in any prop for e.g. a bath, they cannot spawn anything in however other ranks can even ones that these are inheriting. I'm using DarkRP 2.5 btw.

ULX has nothing to do with the ability to spawn props.

Okay, weird the vip's can now spawn things in. The Mods and Admins still cannot. Thanks for the reply anyway.
