I am having the most trouble with this... I'm trying to make it so mods can't target certain people. I tried the !%(user group), !%(user group), !%(user group), etc. But of course, it didn't work. Advice? I'm sure you've herd this question a million times, but nothing on any of the threads seems to be working.

Other admin mods and gamemodes sometimes override ULib's groups (which ULX is based on)
Let us see what your server outputs when you run a "ulx debuginfo" from your server console. Attach the file it creates to your next post.
For best results, have 2 or 3 players that can target groups you didn't want them to connected to the server.
