installed ,but not working

ok so i have the gmod10 listening server up,and when i type ulx help in console it says
] ulx help
LS: Error:     ULib/server/ucl.lua:539: attempt to call method 'IsListenServerHost' (a nil value)

and no commands work,whats wrong? ???
