ULX Team should make a subsection in Off-Topic called, "Super Off-Topic". Typically Off Topic is ulx/garrysmod/facepunch/lua related, though yeah.

Anyways, back to this topic, I do not understand what you're trying to ask. I clicked the link and only got more confused.. please explain.

Pretty sure if the specs are for what I think they are, Mars needs them.
