Ok, so I have no clue how targets works, here are my ranks:
owner
coowner
headadmin
megaadmin
superadmin
admin
moderator
donator
trusted
user
How do I make it so Owner can target all, but noone can target Owner, and make it so coowner can target all but owner, and etc like how do I make it so super admins can pick up everyone below him/her? Any help is welcomed
