ULX Error

I've been having problems with ULX for about 3-4 hours now, can't seem to find a solution. We've been through most of our Addons that might cause an error and it doesn't work.
This is the picture of what It looked like when I installed ULX again.

But when I did a server restart and you go into !menu there isn't anything on the list?
Anyone have any ideas on what might be the cause of this?

Image isn't really helpful.
We'd need to see, through a copy/paste in code block, your server and/or client console errors.
